THE CHALLENGE
The Arundell Arms first came to ICO3 in the summer of 2010. They had already set up a free online store with a template based company and has experienced some immediate but not long term success on the store.

THE SOLUTION
Both companies felt a partnership model would work well to progress online sales - the Arundell are very keen on expanding into a large online store and outlet for a wide range of country gifts and sports and felt our gradual
growth model would work well for them. We immediately began listing on Ebay, arranged for a new Amazon store and designed a new website. As of March 2011 more than 300 products are available on the store, some of which
were recommended from ICO3's own research of what is selling in the online marketplace.
THE RESULT
The Arundell Arms' project has been one of our most difficult partnerships to date. The shop needed to be a brand new shop - rather than a revamp of the old one - and to add to the challenge all the products needed to be of a very
high quality and suitable for the high standards required by the hotel.
We immediately began listing on Ebay for some immediate results and created a brand new inventory of over 300 items. We also worked hard on creating a new shop brand and on categorising the products and branding them.
In February 2011, as the fishing season approaches, the site is now perfectly placed for a very good summer. Even by late February the combined turnover for the new store is in excess of £1000 over more than 50 orders.
